Prohibition Distillery has been nominated for a Step Up Award. Read more about the Step Up Awards and endorse Prohibition to receive this recognition.
Step Up Awards are meant to celebrate and honor the businesses in Sullivan County that are doing an exceptional job embodying the values that Sullivan Steps Up stands for and ultimately make the county a better place.
Once nominated, it is up to the community to endorse the nominee if they think they are indeed worthy to receive recognition as an establishment that provides exceptional customer service and quality products and/or services.
Prohibition Distillery, run by Brian Facquet, has been in business up in Roscoe for almost 10 years. Their craft spirits have garnered many awards over the years, and the distillery and tasting room has become a must-see destination in Roscoe. Brian is passionate about making a world-class product, having excellent customer service and giving back to the community.
Brian had this to say when we asked him about customer service:
“We try to always step up every day, we make sure that that is the focus, because we only have one opportunity to make a connection with that consumer, and what we do here is that we want people to come to us, and then we send them off to all the other businesses in the area, that are in the same mindset. We act as an impromptu, tourist agency for the area.”
We invite you to endorse Prohibition Distillery for this Step Up Award if you believe this business is indeed providing exceptional products and customer service to Sullivan County. Prohibition needs at least 10 endorsements from people in Sullivan County to receive the award.Back
